Just imagine a simple tree down on wires call, fire police standing on the hot blacktop directing traffic or a 2nd alarm structure fire in the high 90° temps we've had the past two days with feel of 105°+ ? It does not take long for one to start feeling the effects.
Hydration is a crucial part for our local first responder heroes on emergency calls to perform at their best. So the next time your out grabbing a few things at the grocery store, consider picking up a case of water to drop off at your local fire station for the men and women serving our communities... What's A better way to fulfill that feeling of "I wish there was something I could have done " by saying you did... be safe.
The volunteers spend a lot of time to serve the community as well as raising money to buy these items to keep them safe! Any donation or a kind word of encouragement is GREATLY appreciated!!
