Chief 47 Responded LCWC Reported An Unattended Controlled Burn Started The Woods On Fire With Approximately A 1/4 Acre Of Woods On Fire And Is Spreading, With That Report Chief 47 Requested A Tanker. Brush 47 (FF Yunkin) W/2 Arrived To Lay Multiple Lines In Place Until They Get a Water Supply. Engine 47-2 (Deputy 47) W/7 & Rescue 47 (Captain 47-1) W/7 Arrived With Manpower Assisting Brush 47's Crew With Fire Suppression, . Tanker 51 Supplied Brush 47. The Units Cleared The Scene @ 16:39.

Chief 47 Arrived Confirming The Report And Requested EMS To Check The Driver Of The Vehicle. Rescue 47 (Captain 47-1) And Squad 47-2 Made The Response. The Last Of The 47 Units Cleared The Scene @ 02:36.

Engine 48-2 Arrived With Smoke Showing.

As Units Were Responding LCWC Reported Receiving Multiple Calls On The Barn Fire With Vehicles Inside And No Livestock With Truck 5 Arriving Several Minutes Later reporting Smoke Showing. Engine 47-2 (Deputy 47) W/7 Arrived And Worked Station 5 Personnel With The 1 3/4" Preconnect Line And Checking For Extension in The Interior. The 2nd Floor Of the Barn Had A Smoke Condition And Was Ventilated. Engine 47-2 Returned @ 14:47. Photo's From John Bachman.

Chief 47 Responded LCWC Reported One Vehicle Into A Tree With Possible Entrapment And The Vehicle Possibly On Fire And A Report Of Possibly Up To 4 Patients. Chief 47 Arrived And Established Command 47. Rescue 47 (Captain 47-2) Arrived Doing Fire Suppression And Stabilizing The Vehicle. Engine 47-2 (Deputy 47) Arrived Started The Rescue Tool Layout And Assisted The Rescue Crew With Extrication. While The 47 Crew Was Working On Extrication Command Requested Mutual Aid Fire Police To Assist With Traffic Control, 2nd Rescue, Engine 43-1 For Engine Company Functions And A Coroner. Rescue 48 (Assistant 48) Arrived To Assist With Power Tools. Thanks To All Mutual Aid Fire And EMS Departments For Your Assistance. The 47 Units Cleared The Call At 09:23. The Paradise Fire Company Shares Our Sympathy With The Family And friends.

The Road Will Be Closed Off At Black Horse And Oak Hill Drive On The North Side And At Black Horse And Quarry Road On The South Side. For The Emergency Responders The Last Occupied Address Accessible On The North Side Is 87 Black Horse Road And The First Address On The South Side Is 113 Black Horse Road.
