10/29/2012 21:45:51 INVESTIGATION-INSIDE 356 KENEAGY HILL RD PARADISE TOWNSHIP- Engine51-1 To Cover The 47 Units. Chief 47 Redirected Rescue 47 From The Water Rescue To Handle The Investigation Call. Rescue 47 (Captain 47-1) Made The Response LCWC Reported Several People Are Not Feeling Well At That Location With Possible CO Issues. While The Rescue Was Enroute A Tree Was Blocking The Road At 307 Keneagy Hill Road That The Rescue Crew Cut A Path To Make The Response To 356. The Rescue Crew Arrived Along EMS. The Rescue Crew Checked The Residence For CO. The Engine 47-2 Finished The Tree Cutting Task At 307 Keneagy Hill Road. As The Rescue Was Returning The Rescue Assisted Assistant 47-2 With Cutting A Tree Limb That Was Blocking One Lane At 70 Black Horse Road. The Rest Of The Night Was Spent In Quarters. Chief 47 And Assistant 47-2 Arrived Being Able To Get To The Person In The JCB Brought The Person Out Of The Water To Meet With Amb. 4-3-1. While Hurricane Sandy Was Progressing The Work At The Station Was As Well. Starting Friday The Chain Saws Were Serviced At Gap Power. On Saturday The The Personnel Were Working On Various Projects Around The Station. On Monday The Crews Arrived Again Working On Water Rescue Equipment And Getting Ready To Spend The Night At The Station. The Officer's Had Several Meeting During Preparation Saturday & Monday Preparing For The Storm. Monday At 5 O'clock A Meeting For The Entire Company To Discuss The Last Details And Assigning Personnel To All The Companies Apparatus. The Road Closed Signs Were Being Placed On Roads As Needed To Close The Roads Due To High Water. As The evening Continued To Stay Quiet The Personnel Were Enjoying Each Others Friendship. When The First Call Was Received We Received Multiple Calls In A Short Time. 10/28/2012 20:04:12 VEHICLE ACCIDENT-ENTRAPMENT-1A S SINGER AVE / ROUTE 30 PARADISE TOWNSHIP-Rescue 47, Rescue 48, Squad 47-1. Chief 47 Arrived With A 3 Vehicle Accident Confirming Entrapment. Rescue 47 (Captain 47-3) W/8, Rescue 48 (Deputy 48) Squad 47-1 (Safety 47-1) Squad 47-2 (Fire Police) Arrived Started Working On Extrication On Both Vehicles And Assisting EMS With Patient Care. All Fire & EMS Personnel Did An Outstanding Job Working Together As A Team. 10/27/2012 10:49:25 BRUSH-1A 2 TOWNSHIP DR PARADISE TOWNSHIP-Brush 47, Engine 47-2, Rescue 47. Deputy 47 Arrived To Find Smouldering Pile Of Tree And Recalled The Box.
